Who is responsible
The controller responsible for this website’s handling of personal data is Magdalena Maraszkiewicz Kimagination, established in Poland.

Contact enquiries
When you use the contact form, you provide your name, country, email address, selected subject and message. Company name and phone number are optional. Information you send directly by email may also be included in our correspondence.
We use this information to respond, discuss your requirements, prepare a proposal where requested and manage any resulting project. Depending on the request, processing supports steps towards a contract, the performance of a project, our legitimate interest in handling business communications, or applicable legal obligations.
Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry. Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list.
Retention and manual deletion
We do not use an automatic expiry or deletion schedule for contact correspondence. Enquiries and related communications may remain in our email or project records until manually removed. We handle requests for deletion manually and respect restrictions in an agreed non-disclosure agreement.
To request removal, contact Info@kimagination.net and identify the correspondence or information concerned. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. Applicable legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims may affect what can be deleted.
No fixed retention deadline or automatic deletion from provider systems and backups is promised here. Applicable data-protection law still limits retention to what is necessary for a lawful purpose; a deletion request is not the only circumstance in which deletion can be required. [3]
Cookies and browser storage
Google Analytics 4 is optional. The site loads Google’s analytics script only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Before a choice, or after Decline, this integration does not load that script. There is no visitor account system or newsletter signup form.
With your consent, Google Analytics processes page visits and enabled interaction measurements to help us understand site usage. This can include browser/device information and usage identifiers. Our configuration disables advertising consent, Google signals and advertising personalisation signals. We do not send contact-form field contents as custom analytics parameters.
Your choice is saved in first-party browser storage under kimagination-analytics-consent-v1, for up to 180 days before we ask
again. Our analytics cookie setting also requests a maximum lifetime
of 180 days without renewing that lifetime on
each visit; browsers can impose shorter limits. This is not a
promise that Google’s server-side analytics records are deleted
after the same period.
You can reopen from this page or either site footer. Declining after acceptance disables this property, clears accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page without the analytics script. Withdrawing consent stops future collection by this integration; it does not automatically erase previously collected records. You can also clear website data in your browser or contact us about your rights.
The autoplay control can save your choice in first-party browser
storage under kimagination-autoplay-paused. It stores a
true/false preference, not your contact details. The site does not
set an expiry for that preference; you can clear it using your
browser’s website-data settings.
The enquiry service and its anti-spam or captcha flow may involve separate provider processing or cookies. Refer to the provider’s information before using those services. This notice does not claim that all hosting or third-party processing is anonymous or cookie-free.
Hosting and form services
The website uses Netlify for hosting and contact-form processing. Netlify stores submitted enquiries in the studio’s project dashboard and sends email notifications to the studio’s contact mailbox. Netlify can process submitted and technical information to deliver the site, handle messages and filter spam.
Provider processing, retention and any international transfers are governed by the applicable service arrangements and notices. Google Analytics is configured with 2-month retention for both event data and user data, with reset on new user activity disabled. Google notes that these controls do not affect most standard reports based on aggregated data. These property settings are separate from the browser consent-choice and cookie lifetimes described above. We do not promise that a request to the studio automatically erases independent provider records.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority. These rights have conditions and are not an unconditional promise to remove every record. [4]

Scope and updates
This notice describes the current website configuration and the studio’s enquiry-handling practice, including optional consent-based analytics. If newsletter subscriptions, advertising or other data-collection features are added, the relevant information and choices must be provided before those features are introduced.
We may update this notice when the website or processing changes. The review date above identifies this version.
