Imagining the unmade

Prologue

3D rendering shaped by design, material and light.

Kimagination is the studio of designer and CGI artist Iman Kimiaei, known online as Kimagin. We create product imagery, animation, architectural visualizations and commercial AI imagery.

For more than a decade we have worked with brands across beauty, design, technology and architecture, extending approved 3D assets into campaigns, e-commerce imagery and interactive product configurators.

Made to feel real.

Light, texture and movement turn a product into something you can almost reach out and touch. We create CGI that makes every detail count.

From first contact to final frames.

PHASE 01 Brief & direction

We start with your product, audience and where the work will live. Together we define the creative direction, deliverables, scope and timing in one clear brief.

PHASE 02 Asset review

We review the models, CAD files, photography and brand references you can supply. This shows us what is ready to use and what needs to be built before production.

PHASE 03 Look development

We explore composition, materials and light, then share a first look for your approval. Your feedback sets the visual direction before the full set moves ahead.

PHASE 04 Production

With the look agreed, we build the stills or films and share progress at the milestones set in the brief. You can review key decisions while changes are still practical.

PHASE 05 Review & delivery

We make the agreed revisions, check the final details and deliver approved frames in the formats and sizes your channels need.

Frequently asked questions.

Have something else in mind?
Let’s talk about your project.

When is 3D product rendering a good alternative to photography?

3D rendering is useful when a product is still in development, when you need several finishes or packaging variants, or when a shot would be difficult to photograph. Photography may be a better fit when you need to capture a real setting or a material's natural irregularities. The right choice depends on the images you need and the assets you already have.

What can Kimagination help with?

We create product images and animations, architectural visualizations, campaign imagery and interactive 3D experiences. Our gallery includes skincare packaging, consumer products and interiors. Send us your brief and we can discuss which approach fits the project.

What do you need to make a product look accurate?

CAD files, dimensions, label artwork and clear reference photos help us match the product. Close-up images are useful for surfaces such as glass, metal and textured packaging. We review the model and materials with you before producing the final images.

How do I start a project?

Send us a short description of the product, where the images will be used and your deadline. Include any available CAD files, drawings, artwork or visual references. We will review the brief with you and agree on the scope, price and production stages before work begins.

Can you work without a finished product or CAD model?

Yes. We can discuss building a model from drawings, dimensions, sketches or photographs. If the design is still being developed, we need to agree on which details are confirmed and which are exploratory. Missing references can add modelling work and review time.

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on the modelling required, the number of images and the complexity of any animation or interactive work. Feedback and approval time also affect the schedule. Share your deadline with the brief so we can check what is feasible and agree on milestones.

How much does product rendering cost?

We quote for the agreed scope. The main factors are the condition of the supplied assets, modelling and material work, the number of views or variants, and the delivery formats. Animation and interactive projects have additional production requirements. A brief and a few references help us give you a useful estimate.

Do you make product animations?

Yes. We make product animations that show form, materials, movement or how parts fit together. The brief should cover what the film needs to explain, its approximate length and where it will be shown. We agree on the sequence and review stages before final production.

Can we arrange an NDA before sharing project files?

Yes. If your project requires an NDA, send it before sharing confidential files so we can review it and agree on the terms. Please also tell us about any restrictions on showing the work or naming the project publicly.
